Yes — this is one of our specialties. Many clients are based in Russia, Europe, or elsewhere in the CIS. We manage everything remotely via WhatsApp, video calls, and weekly photo reports. You only need to come for the final handover.
We typically work with projects starting from AED 65,000 total budget. The exact figure depends on the property condition and scope — we’ll assess it during the free consultation.
Mikhail personally visits the site at least twice per week. You receive a weekly photo report with progress. Access to the site is available at any time without advance notice.
3-year warranty on all work. If anything fails due to our fault — just message on WhatsApp. We respond within 48 hours, fix it at our cost. No disputes.
